some republicans passed on buying the right technology and in part because if you don't have the white house there's a senate committee, house committee, presidential campaigns. they did not have the money to make the investment in leadership early and and paid a huge price for it and there's still a chance they won't be able to catch up in two years or four years unless they get better organization than they have now. >> michael len, thank you very much. >> have a great week....
